Praca: HR&Payroll Services Specialist with English

We are looking for a Junior/Senior Specialist for the companys internal HR and payroll services. Cooperation in an international environment, required knowledge of English at min B2 level in addition to Polish.
Tasks:
- supportting of employees in the issues of human resources and payroll
- responding to employee inquiries regarding personnel issues - contracts, leave, documents by phone, e-mail and chat
- checking information in the internal system
- processing of ongoing orders from the country
- contacting with the national HR unit
- extracting reports from Excel
- ensuring professional support and building relationships with internal customers
Requirements:
- fluency in Polish and English
- MS Office knowledge
- willingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days at home)
- personnel Administration and Payroll experience
- experience in working on SAP and ticketing system
- communication skills, commitment and willingness to gain new experience in HR and payroll is a must
