Praca: Administrative Specialist
- Purchase and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Oversee building usage and maintenance
- Prepare reports on office budgets and expenses
- Collaborate with the European Admin Manager to update office policies for efficiency
- Support employee onboarding (medical appointments, safety training, etc.)
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries
- Assist the HR department with Polish administrative tasks
- Organize logistics for sales trips/shows (appointments, travel arrangements, etc.)
- Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups and managing smaller quotes during peak season
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role
- You can communicate in both Polish and English (fluently)
- Very good MS Office knowledge
- Working hours: 8:00-16:00
- You can gain experience in international environment
- Full-time permanent contract (directly by the Client)
